Victoria Feige is the most decorated para surfer to date and a clinical physiotherapist specializing in surf performance and shoulder longevity. She operates at the intersection of elite sport, applied biomechanics, and decision-making under constraint.
She moved from Vancouver, Canada to the North Shore of Oahu to push the limits. Victoria competes internationally while working clinically as a physiotherapist, bringing a rare, integrated perspective on how performance holds up in demanding environments. Her work translates real-world surf conditions, fatigue, and risk into practical systems for athletes, brands, and organizations that value credibility, consistency and execution under pressure.

-
Representing Canada internationally since 2016, Victoria has won six ISA World Titles, three Adaptive ASP Titles, set multiple performance benchmarks in adaptive surfing, and competed at the highest levels of the sport across Hawaii, Australia, and the globe.
Her competitive career is defined not by novelty, but by technical excellence, longevity, and progression in demanding conditions — including heavy reef breaks and barrel riding environments traditionally reserved for non-adaptive surfers.
She is widely recognised for helping redefine what high-performance adaptive surfing looks like.
-
Victoria’s approach to performance is shaped by a dual career in elite sport and clinical physiotherapy.
With over a decade of clinical experience and the highest level of orthopaedic certification in her field, she specialises in shoulder health, paddling mechanics, and long-term performance sustainability for surfers.
This unique combination — athlete and clinician — allows her to translate complex physical demands into practical, high-performance strategies for athletes, teams, and organisations.
Her work is not theoretical. It is tested in real conditions, under real pressure.
-
Beyond competition, Victoria is an international speaker, educator, and mentor, invited to speak on:
High performance under constraint
Decision-making and execution in uncertain environments
Innovation when systems weren’t built for you
Resilience without burnout or hero narratives
She has been featured in Forbes, Surfer Magazine, and CBS News, and has spoken at national conferences, universities, and leadership events.
Victoria’s speaking style is direct, practical, and grounded in performance reality — focused on tools audiences can apply immediately.

Victoria leads adaptive surf coaching, mentorship, and performance clinics grounded in elite competition, formal instruction, and over a decade of coaching experience across adaptive sport.
She holds an ISA Para Surf Instructor certification, spent 10 years as a sit-ski instructor in British Columbia, and in 2024 co-founded private adaptive surf lessons at the Jamie O’Brien Surf Experience. She is also an ambassador for AccesSurf, supporting community-based adaptive surf programs and access initiatives.
Victoria works with and is expanding into:
Adaptive athletes developing technical skill, independence, and confidence in the ocean
Women progressing into heavier or higher-consequence surf environments
Athletes navigating injury, return-to-sport, or performance plateaus
Her coaching approach prioritises skill progression, safety, autonomy, and decision-making, informed by real-world surf conditions and the complexity of each surfers’ body.
In addition to surf instruction, Victoria is expanding into women’s performance clinics and shoulder injury-prevention and longevity workshops for surfers, integrating movement education, paddling mechanics, and load-management strategies to support long-term performance.
Programs are delivered through private sessions, small group clinics, and collaborative partnerships, with an emphasis on building capable, self-directed surfers — not dependency.
-
Victoria’s work is driven by a long-term commitment to:
Advancing women’s and adaptive high-performance surfing
Expanding access to elite-level coaching and mentorship
Elevating adaptive sport through credibility, not inspiration narratives
Contributing to global sport culture through performance, leadership, and storytelling
She continues to collaborate internationally with athletes, organisations, and brands that value excellence, integrity, and impact.
